× All of our properties are listed on over 350 websites for maximum exposure

× Listed on the Mid Florida MLS

× Leases can be executed via fax and email for convenience

Tenant Screening

× Credit Report

× Criminal background check

× Prior evictions

× Rental history

Management Fees

× Tenant Procurement Fee = 75% of first month's rent

× Maintenance Fee = 10% of monthly rent

× Renewal Fee (when a tenant signs a new lease extending residency) = 50% of one month's rent

Owner Payments and Rent Collections

× Rent is collected on the 1^st of each month

× Owner payments are sent out on the 10^th business day of each month

× Annual profit/loss statements are issued in January

× Owners are paid by direct debit

Rent Collections and Evictions

× We insist on timely rent payment from tenants

× We act promptly when rent is not paid (3 days)

× When necessary we handle the entire eviction process
