Lana Batten has a wide variety of real estate background.  She previously worked in the mortgage industry for approximately 7 years.

She continued her career by working with a real estate title company for 6.5 years where she worked closely with buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders.  She has knowledge of negotiating short sales and working with REO properties.

David was born and raised in the Fairfax, VA-- DC Metropolitan area    After school, he began working in the membership and customer service departments for a non-profit organizion that promotes anti-drug and pregnancy programs to high school students across the country.

 For the past five years, David has been a successful mortgage lender for Dominion First Mortgage Corp., specializing in residential refinaces as well as purchases basing his business structure primarily on customer service and referrals from family, friends and current clients.

David has lived in FL for the past two years, and is an avid beach goer and boater that enjoys spending time with family and friends.

George is an award-winning Keller Williams agent who is a member of the Florida Association of Realtors and the Greater Tampa Association of Realtors. He specializes in age-sensitive communities and waterfront properties. Along with his background as a mortgage loan officer, the journey to owning your new home will seem effortless.

Jason Martin is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Marketing.  Immediately upon graduating, he entered the mortgage profession where he became a founding partner in a successful mortgage brokerage.   Only a few months after starting the company, Jason opened up their first branch, and ultimately helped the company grow to 5 branches with over 60 brokers in less than three years.  He went on to specialize in commercial finance, and later earned his license in commercial insurance, which he still carries, in addition to his real estate license. His prior career experience has prepared him to do what he loves best, help clients buy and sell real estate in West Central Florida.

Kenny was born and raised in Louisville Kentucky and has lived in the Tampa area for nearly 15 years.  His past experience includes nearly 20 years in the public safety field and has served in several aspects of public service including a Law Enforcement Officer, Firefight, and EMT.  His experience in this field has helped him to understand the needs of his clients. 

Kenny started his real estate career in 2005 as a mortgage broker and shortly after he became a licensed Realtor®.  He has experience in all aspects of real estate including representing property sellers, first time buyers, short sales, and bank owned properties.  He treats every client as family and their needs are a priority.

Kenny enjoys working in the community he lives in and he can't think of a better place to call home. 

Thana Mayes graduated Old Dominion University with a degree in Graphic Design. Growing up in the 'real estate biz', Thana was doing open houses as a gradeschooler. Her job? The cookies. Thana brings that baked-in instinct to each of her customers to ensure they receive the best home buying experience possible.
